These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Party Passport website and your booking of any trip, package, or service offered by Elite Explorer, a partnership firm ("Party Passport," "we," "us," "our"). By using this website or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.

• All booking amounts are non-refundable.
• Your slot is confirmed only after we receive the booking deposit.
• Full payment schedules (deposit, instalments, final balance) are listed on each trip's individual page and may vary by trip.
• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

• The use or possession of narcotics, banned substances, fireworks, or toxic items during any trip is strictly prohibited.
• Travellers found violating this rule are solely responsible for any legal consequences that follow.

• Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, trip leaders, local guides, and staff.
• We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a trip without refund in cases of misbehaviour, rule violations, or harassment.

• Travellers are responsible for the safety of their own belongings at all times; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
• All travellers must carry a valid passport (and any other required travel documents) throughout international trips.

• We are not responsible for injury, loss of property, theft, or additional expenses arising from accidents, weather conditions, transport delays or breakdowns, strikes, political closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of a transport breakdown, travellers may need to wait until repairs are completed; backup transport may not always be immediately available.

• We reserve the right to modify any itinerary based on real-time conditions, including force majeure events.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

• Images used on this website are for representational purposes and may not depict actual past Party Passport trips.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram.
