Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All booking amounts are non-refundable once paid.
• Your slot on a trip is confirmed only after we receive your booking deposit.
• Failure to complete your full payment by the deadline listed on your trip's payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Cancellations made by the traveller, at any point after the booking deposit is paid, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or slot transfer. All amounts paid are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• We reserve the right to modify an itinerary due to real-time conditions, including weather, safety concerns, supplier changes, or force majeure events.
• If we need to cancel a trip entirely for reasons within our control, we'll work with you on a fair resolution based on the specific circumstances — this may include a full or partial refund, credit toward a future trip, or an alternative itinerary.
• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, and refunds will not apply in these cases.

• Refund eligibility for flights depends on the fare type selected at booking.
• We assist with visa documentation and guidance only; approval rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. Visa fees are non-refundable if an application is rejected.
• Travel insurance, once purchased, is non-refundable, and is not included in the trip price unless stated otherwise.

Inclusions for each trip are listed on that trip's page. On-ground changes (room upgrades, itinerary swaps) are the traveller's responsibility to pay for directly. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
