1. Information we collect
Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, age or date of birth, destination preference, and any message you share with us.
2. How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, process bookings, contact you about your trip, and improve our trips and website. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share your information
With our internal team, WhatsApp Business (communication), and Razorpay (payment processing). Bank transfer and UPI payments are processed independently by your bank or UPI provider. We may share information with authorities if legally required. We don't share data for third parties' marketing.
4. Cookies
Cookies are used to improve load times and experience; you can disable them via your browser settings if preferred.
5. Data retention
We retain data as long as necessary to fulfil your enquiry or booking and meet legal and accounting obligations — typically no longer than 3 years from your last interaction, unless law requires longer.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@partypassport.travel. We aim to respond within 30 days.
