Zamna Phuket 2027 from India

Zamna's first Thailand edition: the dates, what tickets cost in rupees, where the venue actually is, and what Indian travellers need before they fly.

The short answer

Zamna Phuket runs 29–30 January 2027 at Yeden Gardens in Takua Thung, Phang Nga. That's on the mainland just north of Phuket, roughly 30 km from Phuket airport. Doors open at 4 PM and entry is 20+ only.

First-release tickets start at 3,200 THB for one day (about ₹9,200) and 4,700 THB for both days (about ₹13,500). Indians don't need a visa: entry to Thailand is free for up to 30 days. You just need to file the TDAC arrival card online within 72 hours before landing. The lineup hasn't been announced yet.

Ticket prices in rupees

General Admission, 1 day

3,200 THB · ~₹9,200

General Admission, 2 days

4,700 THB · ~₹13,500

VIP Backstage, 1 day

9,500 THB · ~₹27,300

VIP Backstage, 2 days

13,000–13,500 THB · ~₹37,000–39,000

VIP Backstage adds fast-track entry, backstage access with its own bar and lounge, an elevated main-stage view and better toilets. Backstage space is limited. These are first-release prices, and Zamna usually raises prices in later releases, so if you're sure you're going, buy early.

Rupee figures use the October 2026 rate of about ₹2.87 per baht and are rounded. Sources differ on the two-day VIP price (13,000 vs 13,500 THB), so check the ticket page. Card and forex charges add a little on top.

Where it is, and how to get there

Despite the name, Yeden Gardens isn't on Phuket island. It's in the Khok Kloi area of Takua Thung District, Phang Nga, on the mainland side of the Sarasin bridge. Khok Kloi is about 30 km (35–40 minutes) from Phuket International Airport. Patong, Kata and Phuket Town are further south, so expect a longer ride back from the beach areas.

From India, fly into Phuket (HKT). There are direct flights from some Indian cities, or you can connect via Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. The festival site is outside the resort areas, so book your transfers in advance instead of counting on a late-night taxi after the last set. A group splitting one van is much cheaper and simpler than everyone booking their own Grab.

What Indian travellers need before flying

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
  • No visa: Indians get free visa-exempt entry for up to 30 days (since 15 September 2026). That's plenty for a festival weekend, even with a week of island-hopping around it.
  • TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card), filled in online by each traveller within 72 hours before landing. It's free.
  • Festival ticket bought through official channels, and your passport at the gate as ID for the 20+ rule.

What Zamna actually feels like

Zamna started in the jungle in Tulum, Mexico, and built its name on melodic techno and afro house in open-air, nature-heavy venues. It's a different crowd from mainstage EDM festivals: more sunset sets and production built into the trees than fireworks and drops. The Phuket debut sticks to that formula with a garden venue and a late-afternoon start.

If you've been to Zamna Bali, it's the same brand and sound in a new country. If you're choosing between this and the bigger mainstage experience, see our Tomorrowland Thailand guide for that one (11–13 December 2026).

Does Party Passport run a Zamna Phuket trip?

Not right now. We run a group trip to Zamna Bali, and our Thailand 2027 island-hopping trip (Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Krabi) has a 20–26 January departure. That trip ends three days before Zamna Phuket starts, so the festival isn't part of the package.

If you want both, the 30-day visa-free stay gives you plenty of room to extend on your own. Message us on WhatsApp if a Zamna Phuket group would interest you. We're tracking demand.

FAQ

When is Zamna Phuket 2027?

29–30 January 2027, with doors at 4 PM on the first day. Some early posts from May 2026 said 23–24 January, but the official Zamna calendar and the ticket listing now show 29–30 January, so go with those dates.

Where is Zamna Phuket held?

Yeden Gardens, in the Khok Kloi area of Takua Thung District, Phang Nga province. That puts it on the mainland just north of the Sarasin bridge, not on Phuket island itself. The Khok Kloi area is roughly 30 km (35–40 minutes by road) from Phuket International Airport, and further from Patong or Phuket Town.

How much are Zamna Phuket tickets in rupees?

First-release prices: General Admission 3,200 THB for one day (~₹9,200) or 4,700 THB for both days (~₹13,500). VIP Backstage is 9,500 THB for one day (~₹27,300) and about 13,000–13,500 THB for both days (~₹37,000–39,000). Sources differ on the two-day VIP price. Later ticket releases are usually more expensive.

Where do I buy Zamna Phuket tickets?

Through the official Zamna website (zamnafestival.com), which links to its ticketing partner Ticketmelon. Don't buy wristbands or e-tickets from Instagram or WhatsApp resellers.

Do Indians need a visa for Zamna Phuket?

No. Since 15 September 2026, Indian passport holders get free visa-exempt entry to Thailand for up to 30 days. You must fill in the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) online within 72 hours before you land, and your passport should be valid for at least 6 months.

Is there an age limit at Zamna Phuket?

Yes, entry is 20+ only. Carry your passport to the gate as photo ID.

Who is playing at Zamna Phuket 2027?
